About Dr Jessica Sneha Gray

An applied social science, advisory, counselling, and investigations practice grounded in one core belief: people and places already hold the answers โ€” our role is to help make them visible.

Dr Jessica Sneha Gray
Her story

Evidence-informed. Human-centred. Deeply practical.

Founded in 2008 (formerly Fresh Perspectives), the practice is led by Dr Jessica Sneha Gray, a Certified Clinical Sociologist whose work spans health, finance, academia, media, and complex organisational environments. Her approach bridges theory with lived experience.

At the heart of the work is a commitment to fairness, dignity, and clarity. Whether working with individuals, organisations, or communities, the focus is on understanding behaviour in context โ€” without fear, favour, or presupposed judgement.

Her doctoral research at the University of Auckland explored the sociological relationship between people, place, memory, and identity โ€” how place shapes who we are, and how we, in turn, shape place.
