He Tāngata, He Wāhi: Healing People and Places
I am Dr. Jessica Sneha Gray, a clinical sociologist and social scientist specialising in human behaviour, therapeutic intervention, and social investigation. My work weaves together therapy, cultural analysis, and evidence-based practice to support individuals, families, and organisations in restoring balance, truth, and wellbeing.
Every case I take, whether personal, relational, or organisational , is an investigation into what has fractured, and a pathway to healing. I do not offer surface advice. I work at depth, using clinical reasoning, cultural competence, and analytical precision to uncover patterns, trauma, conflict, and untapped strength.
My practice integrates:
-
Whitiwhiti Kōrero: guided conversation that respects story, whakapapa, and context
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to reframe belief systems and behaviour
-
Te Whare Tapa Whā - a holistic model of spiritual, emotional, physical, and social wellbeing
Through these frameworks, I provide 360-degree wellbeing, addressing both people and the environments they inhabit. I believe places carry memory, and people carry unspoken truths, healing must consider both.
I am not here to motivate. I am here to investigate, to realign, and to help restore dignity.
This practice is for those seeking more than change - it is for those who seek resolution.
We Stand in the Shadows So You Can Step Into the Light.

Thank you Dr Jessica for helping me sort through the conflict in my workplace - Jasmin N
I have been delighted to have her as a mentor. I've grown in how I approach interpersonal relationships within the workplace, how I earn buy-in from leaders, and how to navigate complex scenarios. I would recommend her as a mentor and a leader to any organization! - S.T
I was always impressed with her honesty, integrity and determination. She integrated these traits and beliefs into her everyday work, for the benefit of the clients.
