About Us
Mess to Masterpieces Consulting is an applied social science, advisory, counselling, and investigations practice grounded in one core belief:
people and places already hold the answers - our role is to help make them visible.
Founded in 2008 (formerly Fresh Perspectives), the practice is led by Dr Jessica Sneha Gray, a Certified Clinical Sociologist whose work spans health, finance, academia, media, and complex organisational environments. Our approach is evidence-informed, human-centred, and deeply practical - bridging theory with lived experience.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to fairness, dignity, and clarity. Whether working with individuals, organisations, or communities, we focus on understanding behaviour in context - without fear, favour, or presupposed judgement.
